3. User Accounts and Security

- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all actions performed under your account. Please safeguard your login details.
- Account Termination: Itna Property Management Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in cases of violation or suspected misuse of these Terms.
4. SaaS Service Scope
- The Platform offers software as a service (SaaS) for property management, which includes tools for tenant management, rent collection, maintenance tracking, and more.
- The Platform is solely a tool for facilitating property management and does not engage in real estate transactions or property administration on behalf of users.
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
- Subscription Plans: Access to the Platform and its features is subscription-based, with details provided at signup.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle unless canceled by the user.
- Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Subscription Termination: Non-payment may result in restricted access or account termination.
6. Permitted Use and Restrictions
- You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
- Prohibited Actions: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Platform’s software or performance is prohibited.
7. Data and Content Ownership
- User Data: You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Platform. However, by using the Platform, you grant Itna Property Management Platform the right to use, display, and process your data as needed to deliver the services.
- Platform Content: All software, documentation, and proprietary information within the Platform are the intellectual property of Itna Property Management Platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability and Uptime
